A – If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or packaged, precludes or changes its replacement or return, or it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of the contract.
B – If it is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to a reason attributed to the consumer.
